This one-semester program provides students with an introduction to general facilities and building maintenance. Topics covered include: electrical troubleshooting and repair, plumbing, and plumbing fixture repair/replacement, window repair/replacement, doors and door hardware repair/replacement, drywall repair and refinishing, exterior and interior painting and finishing techniques, works orders and record keeping.
